All the Young Women, Young Men along with their parents and leaders were invited to a kick off fireside introducing the theme for this years Stake Youth Conference.
"QUEST to be like him" is the theme. It is based on book of mormon times and the kids will be split up in tribes. They will wear period clothing and will do activities that are from that time period also.
They were encouraged to read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover by the June. That is a feat in itself but do able.
There is a website for the Youth to be able to see what is happening and to make comments on each activity leading up to the final conference in June.
